Risk disclosure
Last updated 27 September 2026
Financing receivables can lose money. Read this before participating. It is a plain-language summary; where an offering is made, its legal documents govern.
Credit risk
The pool is repaid only when payers pay. A payer may pay late, pay part, dispute the work or become insolvent. When the operator marks a receivable defaulted, its value in the pool drops to the expected recovery, and the unit value falls for every holder.
Fraud and verification risk
Operators check businesses, payers, contracts, acceptance and prior financing, but checks can miss fraud such as fabricated invoices or a receivable sold twice. A document hash onchain proves a file has not changed since funding; it does not prove the file is true.
Concentration risk
The pool may hold several invoices from the same payer. A single payer default can therefore have a large effect.
Liquidity risk
There is no instant exit. Redemptions are queued and paid only from cash the pool has collected and not reinvested. If payers pay late, redemptions wait. Units can only be transferred to other approved wallets, so there may be no one to sell to.
Valuation
Receivables are carried at a value that grows from the purchase price toward the expected collection as the due date approaches. This is an estimate. Actual results depend on collections.
Operational and servicing risk
Collections depend on the operator running the collection account, reconciling payments and depositing them to the pool. Errors, delays or failure of the operator can delay or reduce returns.
Smart contract and network risk
The pool contract may contain bugs. Robinhood Chain, wallets and RPC providers can have outages. Transactions cannot be reversed. Losing access to your wallet means losing access to your units.
Legal and regulatory risk
The legal structure, eligibility rules and jurisdiction are not final. Rules may change or prevent the product from operating. Holding a token does not by itself give an enforceable claim against a payer.
No guarantee and no affiliation
Nothing is guaranteed: not returns, not principal, not timing. NET30 is a working name and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or guaranteed by Robinhood.
